Module 6 - Christopher Guido

Two Websites Providing Tutorials for Using Word, PowerPoint and Excel in K-12 Classrooms.

Since Word, PowerPoint and Excel are all a part of the Microsoft Office package, the official Microsoft websites may be the best resource for finding great detailed tutorials from doing a simple task in a program to more advanced functions. The tutorials in the website are filled with tips and tricks to get the most out of the programs for you and your students. The search function for tutorials on this website is also impressive, as it lets you choose which grade level and the subject matter.

This is a great third party site for the Microsoft programs, which give teachers and students detailed tutorials on the programs. The website also gives tutorials on other instructional technology that can be used in the classroom.

I was having a hard time finding sources that members of my own group had not yet cited in their own posts (diversity is the key!), and so I decided to venture over to other blogs to see what other people were citing.

The official Microsoft page is excellent! I don't know why I didn't intentionally seek it out in the first place, but I'm really glad that you referenced it, or I would have missed it altogether.

This is an excellent and insightful post!
