Two Websites Providing Tutorials for Using Word, PowerPoint and Excel in K-12 Classrooms This site is pretty neat, it provides over 20 links for exploring Word, PowerPoint and Excel to help educators get started in their classroom. It also provides tutorials in different versions (e.g. Power Point 2007, Word 2000, Excel 2003) and computer type (e.g. Mac, XP, WIN). The tutorials take you through a step-by-step process, gives great tips, and some include a little quiz making the learning experience worthwhile. This site has a nice layout when presenting information about Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The site offers pictures with red arrows and boxes as it describes parts of these programs and videos that also show what these programs have to offer. This is a really good site for educators especially if they want their students to learn more about these programs.
